Project: Enhancing Sensory and Virtual Experience Design for Weavgyor India




a) Brief about the Brand and Brand Philosophy: Weavgyor India is a distinguished handicraft luxury brand known for its commitment to preserving traditional Indian craftsmanship while infusing a contemporary edge. The brand's philosophy revolves around celebrating the rich cultural heritage of India by creating exquisite, handcrafted products that resonate with modern sensibilities. Weavgyor India takes pride in offering unique and exclusive pieces that showcase the skills of local artisans.

b) Products, Clientele, Personality: Weavgyor India specializes in a wide array of handcrafted products, including textiles, home decor, and accessories. The clientele comprises individuals with a discerning taste for high-quality, artisanal craftsmanship. The brand's personality is defined by its fusion of tradition and modernity, offering timeless pieces that tell a story through intricate detailing and unique designs.

c) Store Layout: Given Weavgyor India's current online presence, the virtual store becomes a crucial element. The proposed layout focuses on creating a seamless and immersive online shopping experience. The user interface will be intuitive, with clear navigation to different product categories. Virtual sections resembling physical spaces (like a showroom or workshop) will be incorporated to enhance the feeling of exploration.

d) Concept, Sensory, and Virtual Experience: The core concept revolves around bringing the tactile and visual richness of Weavgyor's handicrafts into the digital realm. To create a sensory experience, high-quality images and detailed descriptions will provide customers with a virtual touch-and-feel experience. Augmented reality features will enable users to visualize how products might look in their own spaces.

The virtual experience will incorporate ambient sounds inspired by traditional Indian craftsmanship, creating a calming and immersive atmosphere. Interactive elements, such as 360-degree views of products and behind-the-scenes videos showcasing the artisans at work, will add depth to the customer journey.
